Poor little Red Sonja didn't have an easy childhood. But frankly, she wasn't a particularly easy child either. Especially for her time, when little girls were supposed to be cute and kind, at least compared to the boys.
Every time she was punished for misbehaving, she just grew more angry and disobedient. Which in turn provoked even more reactions from the small community. And so it continued.
This time, she had beaten a neighborhood boy named Conan and three of his brothers unconscious after they had shouted that she would become a fat and ugly whore, like her dead mother. Immediately after, she also burned down their parent’s house.
For this slight overreaction, li'l Sonja was deprived of all her clothes, brought far into the Frozen Wastes and left utterly naked and alone in the snow, with a simple hunting spear as her only survival tool.
